here are the results of some of yesterday's labour. the little bare tree in the foreground is my new Morello Cherry tree! yay. With luck, water and fertiliser, I might get actual cherries in about 3yrs time.  Also newly planted are two blue flowering convulvulous ground cover plants that I have grown up from tube stock, a row of primula seedlings and a chinese lantern. The latter you can't see, I have somewhat hopefully planted it behind the big rosemary bush.  The bed needs something in the middle but I can't decide what. A flowering low shrub of some kind I think. Need to decide on something in the next month or so to give it chance to settle in before summer hits.



The food processor is out of it's box, has been used to make two dishes, and has a cupboard to live in. At last.  Some of the resulting food will be fed to people this arvo whle we try not to freeze our toes off.
